Investor Information

A documented gold project, opening the mine and preparing for production.

This page is designed to guide qualified investors and partners through the project in a structured way, not to sell an investment.

Why a new phase now

Ten years of work, ready for the next step.

GGS has established the project, built site access and infrastructure, and completed successive sampling and drilling programmes. That work forms the evidence base for the current phase.

Sell your gold directly from the virtual vault

For customers who acquire gold through the Priority Redemption Program, eligible gold may be sold back directly to Arteus Capital GmbH, without requesting physical delivery or moving the gold out of the virtual vault. Once the sale is confirmed, the corresponding amount is paid out to the customer.

The repurchase service is subject to the applicable General Terms and Conditions of Arteus Capital GmbH, including eligibility, pricing, fees, verification and payment conditions in effect at the time of the transaction.

Frequently asked questions

Key points about the Priority Redemption Program.

What do I need to join, and is there a minimum amount?

An email address is enough to start. You create your account on the Apraemio Dashboard, and a wallet is generated for you during the process — no external wallet or prior crypto experience is required. From there you purchase APRA, complete identity verification, and select your amount and lock period. The minimum amount is $20. A 25–30 minute online consultation is available if you would like to be guided through setup.

What happens if the mine does not reach production?

The PRP is a participation program connected to an exploration project, not a guarantee. Green Gold System Europe SARL holds an exploration licence for the 65 km² Komassala Sud zone in Mali; the project is in the exploration phase, with production targeted for Q1 2027. If production is not announced, the Gold Exit does not open, and your tokens return to your wallet at the end of your lock period.

When exactly does the Gold Exit open?

It opens 18 months after Apraemio Ltd. publicly announces the commencement of mining, based on notification from GGS. For example, if the announcement is made in March 2027, the Gold Exit phase opens in September 2028. Until that announcement is made, no fixed date exists.

Where is my gold stored, and how do I get it?

Gold obtained through the PRP is credited to an individual gold account opened in your name within the Arteus Capital GmbH system, held in vault storage under the applicable contract. From there you can request physical delivery, or sell the gold back to Arteus directly from the vault — both under Arteus Capital GmbH’s General Terms and Conditions in effect at the time.
